Calling out due to covid booster (self.starbucksbaristas)

Hey y’all. I just got my covid booster today and I am not feeling good. I’ve never called out of work before, but tomorrow I’m going to have to. How do I do it? Do I just call the store and let them know? Do I have to tell my manager as well?

i always text my manager just saying i won’t be coming in and a brief explanation as to why, along with calling my store.
