Our store is out of sleeves and venti hot cups (amongst other stuff). Legit have given so many refunds and had so many angry customers.

Because all someone in corporate has to do to remedy the situation from their end is tell you to "make the moment right." I say normalize turning off mobile orders. The instructions on how to do it are pretty simple and on the hub.

If you go in to the portal and search for mobile order, the first document gives you the full info on how to disable and enable mobile.
