About 2 days ago i was on the last customer in drive thru. My manager asked me to just finish them up and i could leave. He hands me his card and goes “might wanna wash your hands after this cuz we’re going to get covid tested” LIKE WHAT? I am fully vaccinated but not everyone in my house is and why tf would you go to starbucks, WITH NO MASK ON. HE HAD NO MASK ON WHILE TALKING WITH ME OR ANYTHING, we have customers basically dive into the trunk of their car to get a mask (we don’t tell you to put a mask on but it was unusual for us) My manager literally told the man “next time can you wait for your result to come back before you come thru” and i immediately after it was done washed my hands and wiped everything at the drive thru down. Please if you have any feeling that you might have covid do mobile order or uber it too you home

We literally had a customer say to one of the partners taking a break outside say “can u make me a medicine ball, I have COVID and don’t want to go in the store, but can u walk it out to me?”
Girl what?
Then she called our store and began cussing out one of the shifts

Or just order delivery….like we are not curbside!
And we had our DT closed yesterday due to COVID outbreaks, and she ran through the signs that were put up, and started banging on the DT window 🙂🙂

Just yesterday a family came to our drive through and the driver told me that they all had covid. They were just tired of being at home so they came for drinks. And no one in the car had masks on. After they left I washed my hands for so long and we sanitized the whole drive through area. Now I get to go for a test in 5 days. Thanks thoughtless people, please just stay home if you have covid. I am fully vaxxed BTW, but my husband is immunocompromised so I worry.

This happens so much at my store it’s unbelievable. And right now we have like 3-4 partners out sick. The lack of consideration for other people is really astounding 😒
