I don't know the answer to your question but I would assume that yes, someone should be disclosing that info to you. Handling of COVID has been such a shitshow across the board, but in this regard, Starbucks is really dropping the ball as far as transparency goes.
My question though is where in Florida? I've been out of town for a few days but I work at a Starbucks in Florida and am super nervous about what I'll be coming back to.

are u by any chance in the palm beach area? all the stores near us except for ours are closing early and/or remaining closed leaving us to deal with their customers. is it a covid outbreak? we can’t tell

yes and yes, our store has to close @ 2 and it’s most definitely because of a covid outbreak within our store, i can’t speak for the rest of the palm beach stores but it’s probably for the same reason.
