My store doesn't usually have POS/cafe register as a planted position so I'm not gonna list that, but hands down the worst position for me is CS. I haven't really touched it since I trained and I'm nervous for the day I get thrown onto it and have no clue what I'm doing.

I love being able to task myself and work fairly independently. I like that cs and warming/brewing allows me to have a task list in my head and carry it out as I can. Also, usually minimal customer interactions at both of these

I really enjoy making drinks, but drive Bar is right next to the front register at my store which usually means that they're the first one people see and go to with questions or chit chat. Cafe Bar is usually too busy to chat, and I can justify passing the customer to the person who their question concerns. Oh. And cold bar is facing away from the customers so it's easy to zone out and not be interrupted.

And I can never hear what the people in drive are saying, and I hate trying to come up with small talk at dtr while we wait for the drink.
