I see this all the time on here and luckily haven’t had anyone ask for it yet. If and when they do how do you all built this? 2/3/4 of frap (if coffee based) and milk to the bottom line with any added syrups? Then whip with a flat lid? Or milk all the way to the top with a dome lid? If I run into this I’ll more than likely just tell them it’s not possible.

i got this order recently & i literally just put exactly what goes in a frap with no ice. the whip didn’t even touch the top of the cup. the lady who mobile ordered it came in & said she actually wanted light ice, so i remade it for her… but come on people, know what you’re ordering🙄

Had someone ask for an upside down frap with whipped cream on top and was mad at me when I clarified what I thought they meant (whip on bottom). Now I just say we can’t do upside down Frappuccinos

We literally just don’t make it. We tell them a frap is blended with ice.

Hopefully your register partner should explain this to them if it’s a cafe/drive order. It’s always a possibility that they’ll add ice and blend it at home later, but unless they tell me that, I will unfortunately do milk to the top of the cup. I’ve only had a no ice frap ordered a couple of times in three and a half years though

Yeah I have one person ever order that and I made them feel less of a person 🤷🏻♀️
