Do we charge for steamed alt milk? For an inch of milk

We only charge if it's more than 4oz, which is about half a short cup. But I personally like to help out nice customers sometimes.

I would say technically yes in this case, but if people actually do is a whole different thing.
A heavy splash is around 4 ounces and considered 3/4 of an inch. This means an actual inch of milk would have a milk charge because it is more then a splash.
The steaming is irrelevant. The steamed button does not add a charge, so we don’t add a charge.

3/4 of an inch is not 4 oz

No, but an actual 1 inch in the venti hot cup is about 4.5 ounces.

If I steam any milk, it’s a charge. Sorry. Steaming is labor.

That’s not what we charge based off, we charged based off how much milk they want. You ringing up customers incorrectly just leads to confusion as to the price difference when they get rung up properly at other stores.

I always had charged when any milk steaming is involved and no one complained. Milk steaming is a labor and it’s get noted when rung up properly.

If you ring up a cup of steamed milk and a cup of cold milk they cost the exact same on POS.

There’s an option for add dairy. The cup of steam milk and cup of cold milk alrdy has the labor. Why is a justo more than a pike then?
