Deep Clean??? that’s every night for our store 😬😬😬
I don’t want to know when the ice bin was last cleaned for y’all.

Me and my fellow partner believe that the SE&C is from last night because when we opened it was clear that the closer had done essentially nothing, not even sweep/mop the kiosk, hence why we deep cleaned as much as we could.

Oh lord. that sounds like coworkers that i don’t want to work with 😬😬😬 Good on y’all for actually cleaning it tho. I know people who would’ve left it for the next shift.

I hate that so many Starbucks’ have these openings under the cabinets. At the stores I worked at in Michigan, these were all sealed off with tile. So anything that fell or spilled, was right in the open where you can see it and easily clean it.
Every store I’ve worked at in Florida is open like this. And every store has bugs because it’s nearly impossible to get all the garbage or food that’s made it’s way to the walls.
I’ve complained about this more times than I can count. And every response has been “if it’s sealed up, how do you clean it out”. I stare at them for a few seconds before saying “there’s no need to clean it. Because it’s sealed off. Nothing gets under the cabinets.”

No way 💀💀😂. I worked at the meridian mall kiosk in Okemos (before they shut down) and transferred to the one across from MSU. I miss that store.

Hope the weather isn’t too bad up there. I haven’t seen snow in like eight years I think.

I had to clean behind the ice bins the other day and it was tragic. Smelled so bad but since the bins don't pull out of rarely gets clean. Also why can't they just have someone clean or a company clean after hours. Shits annoying when you're cleaning under 5 partners feet

At mine. The door’s hinges to the cool bar sink has been consistently dripped on with every sticky substance from cold bar that it’s doesn’t open. It’s rusted shut. We have to pour hot water on the hinges for it to open at all.
