This is honestly what I do to clean out the bottoms of the milk fridges. I’ve got little arms and it’s hard to reach.

That is cuban mop. It surprisingly works well. Outside of US many cultures use floor rag to mop the floor. I should mention that in Florida and especially Miami cuban mop is used by many.
