I dunno why customers think they can't like.. turn the cups and look at the names

It’s not even about names though. If someone is so dense that they can’t tell the difference between a hot drink and a cold one in a clear cup that shows the contents, I’m wondering how they managed to drive there safely.

orders a venti vanilla bean frappuccino and a tall pike, gets to to the window and takes the frappuccino from me, “which one is this?” sometimes i don’t have the patience and just say “they’re individually labeled” lol
