I got a new job and I’m considering quitting. I’m not 100% sure yet, but if i do decide to quit, what would be the most respectful way to do so? I know some people leave a written note but is that always necessary?

just talk to your manager saying you want to put in your two weeks cuz you got a new job they should be nice about it. if they’re not then you know it was a good thing that you left

put in your two weeks. either text your SM, talk to them face to face, or leave a note on their desk. just say “hey i’m putting my two weeks in.” no need to go into further detail bc they don’t need to know why!
