The January increases are only for if you are a 2+ year partner who is within 5% of your market start rate or a 5+ year who is within 10% of your market start rate, the summer raises will cover more partners. Actual numbers should be available to SMs starting the week of 1/24 and will reflect on your first paycheck in February. [Edited: typo and clarity]

The January raise is for tenured partners (5+ years iirc). The summer raise is for everyone. It SHOULD have gone through, but you probably won't see it until your next pay check (the raise happened on the 3rd, meaning every shift you work AFTER that is at the new rate).

Late January is when the tenured raise happens, at least according to the communication from a couple months ago. No tenured partners at my store have gotten their raise yet.
