Our store recently got rid of our old bump screen at DT in favor of the big monitor. We all hate it. The monitor only displays things on one half of the screen and isn’t very touch-sensitive. It also seems really inefficient with having to move things from tab to tab (In Progress -> Handoff) and the DTO can’t line up orders ahead of time because you can only really see one at a time.

I looked through all the settings and couldn’t find any way to adjust sensitivity or utilize the right side of the screen. It’s been frustrating, and I’m sure part of it is because it’s new, but I also feel like the software is badly designed.

Anyone else whose store has this - what’s been your experience with it? Do you have any tips on how to keep up efficiency at the window? Thank you in advance. 🙏🏻
