Hours and benifits (self.starbucksbaristas)

In a couple months I’m going to be out of town for 10 days how will this effect my benifits as a part time partner and what can I do to prevent it from effecting them at all.

You just have to work an average of 20 hours a week over 6 months. Technically, you need a total of 520 hours in the period between audits on Jan 6 and July 6. Vacation hours also count towards that total.

Basically, if you typically work more than 20 hours a week or you have vacation hours to use, you don’t have to worry about it at all! If you have no vacation time and typically work only 20 hours a week, try to pick up a few shifts at some point between now and June.
