Whoever at corporate decides the order in which our POS displays drinks, and drink components should be required to spend a day taking orders on the POS since they have changed it multiple times within the last three years I cannot keep up.

Spend two days. Spend a day on it and the next day, everything is in a different place. Also, caramel shortbread is in the "more cake" tab for us and that upsets me

I literally hadn’t worked since Saturday today I rang up someone for a tea and the entire tea section was completely different.
