I worked two shifts back in December and still haven’t been paid for them, what should I do now? (self.starbucksbaristas)

I worked on the 11th and 12th of December, probably about 10-12 hours total, and I still have not been paid. I had to sign in on the book because the system was down, and in the partner hours app it showed only one of these shifts as an edited punch. What is my next step here? I really need the money

best bet is to contact your sm and just say that you have two missing shifts that were never accounted for. There is always a chance that they could have ended up being written in the wrong section of the book or that the sm just missed looking on those days. You shouldn't have any issues getting it fixed, I had a similar thing happen where I picked up an extra shift and had to write in the book, but my SM was able to just go back and look to fix it

The shifts i worked were at a store 3 hours away from my home store. I was supposed to be borrowed for winter break. Should I call the sm for my home store or for the store i worked the hours at?

I would personally contact your SM first since as an employee under their management they are supposed to be available to help guide you through stuff like this. Just explain the situation, and they should come back with advice. If they aren't helpful though, you shouldn't have any issues contacting the SM who borrowed you.
