How much notice is required for taking an LOA?(self.starbucksbaristas)

I’m currently have the opportunity to make as much as a shift supervisor, and after being told I would be made one this month, then having that opportunity retracted I’m kinda fed up. The position is being a bank teller at PNC. I don’t wanna lose this job completely because I enjoy the benefits but it seems as if the bank might be competitive. So I plan on taking an LOA after I secure the job to see how I like it. I think my love for this job was tainted after I transferred to the store where I’ve felt kinda harassed by the shift supervisors and expected to carry the weight of the whole floor when I’m on it. Like I had someone get genuinely upset with me for doing just the job I was assigned to. I’ve had so many breaks not given to me and I’m just now seeing how much I feel like I need a change or at least a break.

21 days in advance, might be easier to get someone to cover your shift if you need it sooner
