Please note that this may just be in my district, but I was told today that the baristas in my district are getting a base pay of $15/hour starting 1/24! Again, I’m unsure if this is company wide, but I’ll update as soon as I know :)) keep an eye out for those raises!

Ooo gurl…. Base pay here is $17 and that’s not including the raise we’re getting this month. It’s definitely based on location.

:o where at? Also yes but that’s because where you live requires a hire base pay. Base pay in some areas are only $10 or less. What Starbucks is doing (I’ve confirmed it with the partner hub and my manager) is bumping their companies minimum pay at any store to $15 an hour which is very exciting for those making less than that

For my district at least, it’s on the 24th. I think it’s company wide however and should be in the weekly update or on partner hub :)
