Yeah. You probably are sick too much: too much for your own comfort and safety.

It’s awful that she’s putting her feelings ahead of her entire store’s health and even thinking about the possibility that people are faking.

My old SM was the same way, like if you called out without “enough symptoms” she’d get mad and insist you work anyway. I have a new one now who’s like “if the covid coach says to go home, you go home, no question!” And then helps find coverage for the floor. Love her

My SM thinks I was faking being sick when I called out a few days before Christmas with symptoms just to get the holidays off. I had a sore throat and a headache and my boyfriend had recently been exposed to COVID so of course I called out (we were both negative thank goodness). And it sucks too because I like working holidays and I felt awful having to call out cuz I know my store’s short staffed :( So like I get the whole SM’s being skeptical bullshit because it’s all over rn and it is the worst
