No! Why can’t management close the store for a few days? Starbucks isn’t going bankrupt if some stores close! What’s preventing you from calling out and not coming in?

The two people listed to work are both shifts. Every barista either has covid or has been exposed, but even when that isn’t happening they are constantly calling out of the store. I have had to cover for them several times where it has just been me and the manager working there.

how...are u suposd to take meals :(

You get paid for them! On a 2-man play you take a meal break without clocking out and note in the punch communication log "paid meal" because you cannot leave the store and therefore must be paid for your time, but you're there more than 6 hours and are entitled to a 30-minute break.

The other person just holds the fort for 30 minutes as best they can, and then it's their turn to be paid to hang out for 30 minutes while the other person holds the fort. It's doable, if not fun.

I’m super surprised those aren’t both 8 hour shifts.

You’re kidding right!?! That’s insane!

183 total customers over 7 hours averages to like 26 per half. Spicy. Can we see the IPLH by half hour? I'm curious...
