My store ran out of peach tranquility, jade citrus mint, AND honey, and it was absolutely amazing telling people in the drive thru that we couldn't make it, and then have them turn around and leave.

One person said “so you don’t have ANY teas?” I’m like lady the only reason it slightly helps ur throat is the honey and the specific teas used. Which we are all out of. She got an earl grey with lemonade…

We ran out of peach tranquility AND jade citrus mint AND honey blend(of course) AND honey packets AND agave packets. It’s been amazing to tell them to shove off. ‘….so all we have is the lemonade’ customers.. ‘so how can you make it now’ BRUH!

Ok this. They discontinued the drinks e.g. Honey oat milk latte and the honey almond milk cold brew BUT are keeping the syrup. I assume for the Honey citrus mint but I feel like at that point it's useless to remove the drinks.

The honey topping never left my store. Nobody except maybe 2 baristas actually used it for the drink so we still have tons at the store in a high hard to reach cabinet for ease of access to make the drink
