i have covid and my SM said i get 5 days of isolation pay. but if i’m sick longer than that will my isolation pay carry over to those days following the 5 days?

unfortunately no, with the new CDC guidelines the quarantine period has been reduced to 5 days & therefor isolation pay has been reduced to only 5 days as well. if i’m not mistaken, you get 2 of these 5 day isolations per quarter before you’ve maxed out on isolation pay
