If it’s a shaken drink it’s ice then milk it’s if it’s an iced latte like item it’s flavor, espresso, milk then ice.

Ice before milk and usually it's just a splash. If it's filled to the top/more than 4oz it's considered a latte and should be charged as a latte.

when i’m serving it to a customer, i do milk before the ice because most customers like their drink to be thoroughly combined rather than having to stir it themselves. when i make my own i like to add ice first because i like letting it melt a liiiiittle bit before i add my milk, but that’s personal preference!
