Welcome to Starbucks, is your horn fixed now?

had a woman beeping beeping beeping for like 15 mins while the woman at the window was being helped, yeah it was a long time but she ordered A LOT of special drinks. we also closed while helping this woman so when the next one pulled up i was trying to explain that i don’t have what she ordered anymore, if i could offer her something else on the house but she cut me off and started yelling at me. so i just looked at her, looked at the times posted on the window, pointed at it and said “sorry we’re closed as of 7 minutes ago. see u tomorrow” and closed the window. lol.

We had some lady lay it on her horn in the drive bc we weren’t going fast enough for her (what’s even better was she wasn’t even the person in the window)
