$49,000-$66,000 base salary depending on experience is what I’ve gathered. This is in the Midwest though. Not sure if it varies in different markets. I am an external SM hire heading into my second week of barista training and I started within this range.

I was told by a previous SM that if you max out all your bonuses that the MOST you can make is around 75 k -80 k.

Depends on the market, experience of the incoming SM and if they are internal or external.
