we also ran out of 2% and lemonade before my shift was over. also no vanilla means no whipped cream or sweet cream. you can imagine the outrage

Another day to be glad that the only coffee i drink are basic breves with no syrup and black coffee/americanos lol Unless they're out of espresso I'm usually fine!
Definitely got "in trouble" for responding to a customer what my fav drink was by answering honestly when I was supposed to promote an xmas drink instead lol(i was never told to respond that way but then the person i was working with came up and answered instead lool)
Super frustrating to not get the stuff you need though I can't imagine how frustrated the customers were or how dead it was, or how many "so you don't have xyz???" questions you got 💀

it was honestly baffling how many people just like didn’t understand. we had this lady ask for a vanilla bean frap and my coworker responded by saying “we can’t make any fraps because we are out of our frap base to make them blend. we could make an iced latte with vanilla bean powder or something like that.” and this lady dead ass said “so what is the difference between that and my frap” and i’m just like 💀
