i don't know how it's been at y'all's stores but we seem to be running out of straws almost weekly. it's not too bad because then we can't make fraps but god the customers are terrible when they find out

Brings up the memory of the ppl who get SO offended when I ask them if they want a straw for an iced drink, like "i dOnT drInK oUT of sIPpY cUPs!1!1"
but they won't use a straw for a hot drink which is... the same sort of lid....

one time we only had about less than ten straws left so our SSV said only give straws to people who buy fraps, so a lady came in and ordered an iced latte, wanted a straw, and we had to tell her that we couldn’t give her a straw cause we had a few left. she went crazy at the drive through and even yelled at our SSV when she came in, it was crazy. all this over a straw when she could perfectly drink from the regular flat lid
