Any other baristas having issues with all the shift leaders wanting nothing but perfection at literally every position? I work close to 40 hours a week and can do well at any position they want and don’t complain about anything, yet no matter what I do nothing ever seems good enough they don’t seem to pressure the other workers like they do me.. I’m all down for room to grow and improve but this doesn’t seem to be working nothing ever seems to be enough and it’s really starting to take a toll on my mental health
