Someone else mentioned it, but go to mypartnerinfo and check your paystubs. If it looks like a lot, or too little, you should be able to review your tax information through the same website but (IIRC) only in store.
You may still receive a W2 for your income in 2021, I'm not certain, but I would keep on the lookout for that. If you do, that would be a good indicator of what's going on as well... i think that may list what your deductions are somewhere but I'm not certain.
Ooooootherwise... you might be able to call PCC? They might be able to look at it? Suuper unsure about that but maybe

for some reason i’m unsure of, starbucks was not taking out any federal taxes from my paycheck but i was being taxed for city, state, social security and medicare. i’m not sure if it’s because i made too little? i only worked for about two months there part time this year.

Go into my partner info on your store computer, and where your W4 is listed, make sure you are not selected as “exempt.” If you have any other jobs or other income otherwise, make sure this is accurately reported as according to your W4. If you don’t have any alternative income, it should be recorded with as much accuracy as possible on Starbucks’s end.
Lmk if you have questions.

If you want to check if taxes are being taken out, go see pay stubs on partner hub, it’ll show you what is being taken out of your check each pay stub

Ive been stressing about that as well but every time Ive asked my shifts say it's already reported by Starbucks... I'm keeping a log so if it's not in my w-2 I'm just gonna manually report it but I don't make that much in cash tips and I mean the credit card tips are already reported with your paycheck. Soo idk as well, I tried doing it on my partner website and it wouldn't let me even when I tried to call the person and ask them too
