Can't help but feel guilty that my store closed early today and partners have to isolate after I got my positive covid test. I was transparent with my SM and had only congestion issues which people assumed I just had allergies.
I even told him I has to take the 3 day test for covid and he told me to come back to work but at the same time, I feel like I could have pushed to stay home probably. I don't know I just feel super guilty about endangering my partners like that.

It spreads so rapidly at this point, it’s just very difficult for anyone to avoid. I wouldn’t feel guilty, assuming you are vaccinated/boosted. You did what you could.

Your SM absolutely should not have had you come back to work after taking a 3 day test. You should have been isolated if you presented symptoms until you got back a negative test. Don’t take all of that guilt for yourself when your manager played a part, yeah?
