You have a bad store. only solution is to transfer!

other than that you can stay at your store, but you will have to get used to being teased for “being an overachiever” and stuff like that. Also you are in your newbie phase so you only know starbucks as what has been trained into you. I would say working at a store that is less maintianced would make your life easier compared to a store that is super nit picky. but if it comes to the point where they are dropping rags on the floor and still using them, or like not washing their pitchers after every use, but most importantly with different milks, then i would transfer.

Your first starbucks expierence should be somewhere that is entertaining and hard working so you can get the full picture

Yea there’s a transfer at hour store right now and she’s just disgusted with how they do stuff, like she says they do everything wrong and I believe her because she seems to care/know what she’s doing way more plus she’s twice everyone’s age… Kinda wish she was the manager but as soon as she leaves they talk shit about her because she wants the place to be run correctly smh

yea you’re store seems really cliche and “i don’t get paid enough” type beat. i suggest transferring immediately, but i would scope stores out around ur area before

It’s not hard work, just hard when I’m not getting trained ya know. It sucks because I like it and I actually like my coworkers but they’re obviously lazy and I think you’re right… thanks!
