Where can we find standards (other than drink recipes, etc?)(self.starbucksbaristas)
submitted by Odd-Screen8814
I have been with Sbux a long time. The standards for many things have changed through the years. Is there a reference for baristas to get information? I wish corporate had a place like this where we could go type in our questions and someone from the mothership would give us the answer. Maybe even have a section for FAQ.

Generally the hub or the iPad, and the iPad has most of what the hub would. Maintenance standards, cleaning standards, videos on exactly what it means to clean a specific station or equipment, all that jazz is in the iPad.

For operations standards go to hub > resources (at the top) > steps to excellence. It breaks down every aspect of the job (staffing & scheduling, training, cleanliness, deployment, etc) with SM, SSV, and barista responsibilities. Also contains links to all resources related to each category.

The iPads are great
The beverage resource manual has a lot of it (on the store resources app). On the store resources app, you can use the search to find specific standards more easily
