regarding dating sandwiches at open (self.starbucksbaristas)

when dating sandwiches at open do we date them for the next day or day after. we know they are good for 2 days but does the thaw day count? We receive them at night then they thaw overnight and then we date that at open and I’ve always been told just date it for the next day. But are we supposed to date it next day or or day after next?

We get ours thawed already, and we date them for the next day. So, if we received them on Monday, they would expire Tuesday at close. I’m not sure if this helps.

If you’re going about sandwiches that way(which isn’t supposed to happen) then that’s correct. It’s two days from when they were pulled. So if I pull my sandwiches right now, I date them for two days for now. So if they were technically pulled last night it’s be for tomorrow since that’s two days from yesterday
