You still have curbside? We were a test store and stopped doing it when we had shortages in end of September.

At my store, half of the curbside would come inside the store to grab their drink anyways -.-
Curbside is not any more convenient than regular mobile ordering. In fact, I would argue regular mobile ordering is more so convenient because you're not having to wait on a barista to bring you a drink, you can just waltz up and grab it yourself.

At a store I worked at previously, we once had a customer with a mobile order park in a curbside spot and then call the store to see if we would bring it out to them. In fact, that sort of thing happened so much with mobile customers that curbside customers would frequently call to complain that all the designated spots were taken.

We have partner plays where one partner is just curbside all day. I think we are the 9th busiest in the countryđŸ˜‘ that’s what our DM told us last time he was in .
