hey guys so when i was sent my paperwork via email when i was initially hired i signed up for direct deposit into my account. i’m looking on my partner info and it’s saying i signed up for money network service. and i’ve double checked my paperwork and all the info is correct but my partner info is wrong. any ideas???

The only option you have is to change your direct deposit information at your store on the store computer, otherwise ask your manager if they received something for you that is for your money network card, they always send it to the store (at least that’s what happened for me). I had the same situation happen when I got hired (2020), ended up having to wait to receive my first check and my money network card because my information wasn’t saved even though I set it up during my orientation.

update: i fixed my direct deposit info by calling starbucks so it’ll go to my card next paycheck but now i have to wait for my money network card to get here😐 i’m so annoyed thank you for your help
