Just wondering bc I have a concert in March and I was wondering is it too early to request the time off ? Should I wait til like February?

I requested time off for January of next year because my best friend is getting married and it was approved.

Not at all! I did a request last month for March. Honestly, the earlier the better.

I usually request time off as advance as possible, usually even up to a year in advance if I know I am taking off. Time off is basically first come first serve with manager’s discretion. If you know you’re going to want to take off, you should put in the request!
