I love getting threatened with the “I’m friends with Starbucks” bullshit when I don’t give people what they want when it would break policy. Like me too the Siren and I are besties??

We were closed and this dude was knocking at our windows so I said we’re closed and he said he’s good friends with Starbucks to try to get us to serve him.
Another occasion was this mad demanded to be served through the drive through when our lobby was closed and I told him we’re unable to serve anyone not in a car and he pulled the same card. He had a car, he got out of his car, he just didn’t want to wait in our line. I get it if it’s someone with a disability or unable to go through the drive through but come on.
