If a barista tests positive and are then put in isolation. How long and are they paid?

5 days and yes. Every quarter you get 2 paid isolation periods. Both 5 days.

And does the barista have to show proof of the positive test to receive pay? My SM isn’t asking any of them for proof

My manager didn’t ask for proof. Every manager is different it seems.
