-Demonstrates the following behaviors:
-Willingness and desire to share job knowledge and
experience
-Sought out by others for direction or help
-Genuinely interested in training
-Knowledgeable in specific barista training modules
-Has planning and organizational skills
-Ability to provide coaching on others’ performance
