There was a middle aged woman who tried walking to the drive thru window (she cut drive thru line and had her back to the wall while we were helping the customer before her) and began asking why there was no place customers could come inside. As calmly as I can (because I'm still suspicious), I try to tell her that we have an outdoor Cafe and we are more than happy to serve her there, even pointing in the general direction. She then tries to buy a gift card but I tell her that we are more than happy to help her at Cafe as it is unsafe for her to order here. (There was literally no Cafe line too!) She almost starts yelling but my ssv gratefully in the nick of time comes in and explains that she needs to order at the Cafe window or actually go through the drive thru line in a car.

I then apologize to the next customer as they drive up to the window after having their spot in line stolen for 2 minutes. They were just as confused as I was.
