i’ve been so confused lately since they are promoting the brown sugar a lot more because everyone asks for it hot… i usually offer a latte with the syrup and cinnamon and most people agree but there have been a few who say they specifically want it made like the shaken.. except they want it hot. and when their cup isn’t full. they’re upset 😅 i swear some people just don’t know how to order. but anyway, it’s just been a popular thing these past two days and i find it hilarious.

yeah 😂 that’s basically what i do but it’s the people who literally say they want it made the same way in the shaker but without ice and then get upset when the cup is mostly empty. i’m glad some people accept it as a latte but.. you can’t please everyone

we tell people NO to shaking espresso without ice. too dangerous for the baristas!

This happened at my location last week because someone insisted on getting an iced shaken espresso with no ice but still wanted it cold.. people are really something..

To be fair, the current sign promoting them doesn’t say iced anywhere, and not all customers know our drinks.

At my store if they want it hot we just ring it up as a oatmilk latte with blonde shots, brown sugar syrup and cinnamon powder stirred
