the fact that it wasn’t even me but my coworker who had to deal with this woman, and i am STILL this aggravated by her. she made her pour over be redone, from scratch, because my coworker put the sugars she asked for in the coffee for her and not on the side. but poor entitled lady wanted to do it herself🥺and it sure was during our lunch rush!!! i swear these types of people don’t get away w treating people like this IRL, so they abuse workers who have their livelihoods on the line if they dare stand up to their shenanigans.
