Just curious, how many sbux workers do you have at your grocery store/licensed kiosk? (self.starbucksbaristas)

We had 5, for 3 shifts. If anyone had to call out you were boned, but there "wasn't enough hours for a 6th person"
Just wanted to know if that was normal(for safebux)
Not accounting for covid call outs&whatnot on this, I know that's made things extra rough recently 😅

at my old kiosk there was a time we’re only 4 people were hired and if someone called out the kiosk would shut down for the day, not normal at all just looking to not pay more employees and fuck over the ones they’ve got :/
