Know a partner written up for saying “schwing” every time a customer came in. He had terets though and they reversed it

ive been written up twice. first time, i had to call out because my car died in a city ~40 mins from my store with no traffic but 1hr+ with the traffic at the time. got written up for not abandoning my car in another city and taking an uber to work 3 hours and then uber back to the city my car was in at 10 at night lmao. second time, a friend had died wednesday of that week, my dog died that friday, and i was told sunday morning that my friend's funeral was that night. called out so i could go to the funeral, and just have time to grieve, got written up because i couldnt find coverage after calling over 20 stores. lost all fucks to give for the job and my sm when i broke down crying in front if her as she told me i needed to "plan better" and was told to go back onto bar while still crying. as if i could plan deaths or some shit. so now im plotting out getting my sm fired for doing illegal shit :)

that's a dumb reason. but yeah, sometimes there's not really anything you can do, once a customer straight up lied about me and i got written up bc it was her word against mine. nothing really happens as long as u dont get written up for the same thing twice
