do you pour the shots over the milk/ice or over the cold foam? i used to do it over the foam without thinking about it, but the other day i made this drink for myself and the shots were sloshing around on the foam layer and it was weird

Treat the foam like a whip replacer, it goes over the shots (unless requested otherwise).

I make the macchiato as normal, obv saving some room for foam, then pour it on top and add drizzle

I never had to make this demonic drink yet. But I think the ice should cool the foam to not have it melt
