Per federal law you cannot be fired for military duty, speaking w/your SM and Partner Resources will be your best bet. It is last minute but you couldn’t have done anything about it. Make sure you have with you a copy of your orders to give your SM so they can send into Partner Resources, as it’ll be part of the process to have you put “on leave” (not really but it’ll take you out of the schedule/available partners while you’re on duty). You will still have your job when you come back.
