I was on drive thru today and some lady asked for a venti water with a scoop of strawberries and I told her that I would have to charge her for a custom tea, and she was like well the other starbucks only charged me $0.50 for it. I proceded to tell her that we can’t do that because its not standard, she just asked for a cup of water and rudely asked me if I was gonna charge her for that too. I was so done💀
