sometimes i say i wanna quit as a joke i’ve been there for 4 months and for the most part i like it but we are such a busy store recently i’ve noticed a lot of us are burned out. i work both morning and afternoon shifts and one of our only closers has been talking about transferring and it kind of started getting a ball rolling where a lot of people started saying they wanted to transfer too or just take a loa for the most part i can’t complain about my sm it is my first job but i feel like she’s nice if needed she lets us defend ourselves from costumers and stuff. idk i had two short shifts today and yesterday both 5.75 i had to stay longer not a problem but i noticed that when i work in the afternoon i feel so much more drained then if i work an 8 hour morning shift idk i feel like because our store is so busy we can’t go from 9 people in the morning and as soon as 12 hits it only be 3-4 of us we’re already understaffed yk what i mean. mm i like working there but lately idk maybe it’s just a slump anyone get those often
