no, but I was told my application was carefully reviewed and that I was not selected from the same automated message three times

yeah after 90 or whatever days that email is sent right. Call the store, ask if the manager is available, if not, if you can leave a message and or when the manager is usually in if youd rather call back again. Say you were wondering if your application had been reviewed and if there may be any other information they need from you. They usually ask for your name and if it's a message for the manager leave your number! Call after a few days if they don't reach back out to you, someone might have misplaced or lost the note yfm

I'd did that with one of the 5 locations.... the manager wasn't there both times, first time I gave them my name and phone number on a sticky note that they would hand to the manager, several weeks later after not getting a callback I came in again and asked them when the manager usually comes in. They gave me a time and a day and I came in on the alloted time. The manager still was not there, and they asked for a second goddammed time for my name and phone number with the same colored sticky note.

big oof, i'm sorry to hear that. That sounds tough, you really tried. I don't know what else you could do except keep calling or leave your resume with your number to be given to the manager. gg

If it makes you feel any better my location just got a new manager who has decided to fire the people who do not have enough availability for his liking.

A lot of Starbucks are short staffed and say they're hiring, but honestly with the holiday season over, some places just might not want any new hires anymore. We wanted workers during the busy ass holidays but now it is DEAD.
