I’m a senior in high school who is doing a dual credit program (taking college course whilst in high school and getting credit) I’m also a 297******* partner. Since my quarter has just started, I feel I am a week behind on my school stuff and I’m more interested in my schooling. My store has been having lots of staffing issues though and I really don’t want to quit yet…. Should I just apply for that LoA????

You can only take up to a 30 days for a personal LOA once every 3 years. It is processed by a 3rd party company, Sedgwick. Since it is a personal LOA it can be denied so I would have a backup plan just in case. Check out the "paid time off" resources in the Partner Hub, and have a conversation with your SM about it.
I took a medical LOA late last year and Sedgwick was pretty helpful with any questions I had too.
